teletext have taken 3000 pound off my money, i will be seeking legal advise Teletext Holidays has not yet responded. i asked for a refund as i could not have the hotel i paid for and was told i cant have a refunded and have to take the replacement that was offered. Whilst at the resort the “emergency contact” given by teletext was disgraceful, rude and unable to explain the process, spent over an hour explaining that the conditions were effecting my partner’s health and they were more interested in asking for more money for another hotel showing absolutely no concern or sympathy for our situation.
